How can I get a refund for an app/game purchase from Google Play/App Store?
Because Clickteam publishes games and apps on behalf of 3rd party developers (including the Five Nights at Freddy's series of games), we are unable to issue any refunds.
You may be able to request a refund via one of the two links below if you meet the criteria. If this is not possible you should contact the game/app developer directly using the details they have provided - we will not be able to respond to any such queries through this customer support system.
