PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT US ABOUT PLAY STORE OR ITUNES PURCHASES OR REFUNDS

INCLUDING FIVE NIGHTS AT FREDDY'S, YOU MUST CONTACT GOOGLE/APPLE FOR HELP.


Please note that we do not accept support queries about bugs in our software or product feature suggestions here, please use our Community Forums for this.

Please also note that we cannot provide support here for problems you may be having programming your game/app using our software, for example that your character is falling through platforms, your game isn't jumping to the next frame, your AI logic for enemy characters isn't working properly etc. Our Technical Support service is for problems such as:

  • You cannot install our software
  • Your copy of Fusion keeps crashing
  • Problems loading in your projects

and so on. If you have queries to do with programming or design of your own projects, the correct place to ask for help is either our Community Forums or our Discord server where you can chat live with other staff and users.

We pride ourselves on good customer service here at Clickteam and we will always do our best to answer valid queries (please refer to the above for what we can/cannot answer here). We operate a zero tolerance policy for abusive or agressive messages towards staff here at Clickteam and reserve the right to refuse service if users behave in this manner. We are respectful of our users and we request the same in return.

Please note that if you require after-sales assistance with any paid-for Clickteam product, we will need you to enter:

Your Forum Username (with the products registered in your Clickteam Passport)

or if this is not possible:

Your Clickteam Product Keys or Steam Profile (showing your product ownership).

Without these details we will be unable to assist you as we will not be able to verify your ownership.
This does not apply to sales queries or questions about Fusion 2.5 Free, nor does it apply if you need help retrieving your product keys etc.


You can get your Steam profile as follows:

  • Open up Steam.
  • Click on your email on the top right.
  • Click on "View Profile".
  • Right click on your avatar image and click "Copy Page URL".
